After taking a break in 2001, the longtime antiauthoritarian
quarterly Fifth Estate is going strong, thanks to
a revitalized editorial collective that now includes a rural
Tennessee office. Launched in Detroit in 1965, Fifth Estate was one
of North America's first underground papers. Recent issues have
focused on music and dance (Summer 2003) and creative
insubordination (Fall 2003). $10/yr. (4 issues) from Box 201016,
Ferndale, MI 48220
